The Villages of Aina Lea Lulana Gardens Approved by International Longshore & Warehouse Union

Dec. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Kona, Hawaii - On Thursday and Friday December 2nd & 3rd the International Longshore & Warehouse Union (ILWU) conducted an on-site inspection of DW Aina Lea Development, LLC’s Lulana Gardens townhome community, built by Aina Lea, LLC and TrueStyle Pacific Builders in The Villages of Aina Lea, on The Big Island of Hawaii. The ILWU noted that the quality, and value of the townhomes were extraordinary, and it is approving the recommendation of their members to purchase and live at Lulana Gardens.

The ILWU represents thousands of employees who work in the Gold Coast resorts on the Island of Hawaii, directly adjacent to The Villages of Aina Lea.  Many of its members have to drive up to two hours to and from work each day in order to live with their families in affordable neighborhood communities.  DW Aina Lea Development, LLC has master planned Lulana Gardens townhome community as a family friendly environment, at County affordable prices.  The Lulana Gardens community is centrally located along with the luxury vacation resorts on the Gold Coast.  Home owners will have drives, to and from work, of less than 10 minutes, thereby allowing more family time and much less transportation costs.
