Christopher Miele Joins Levin's Business Development Team

Dec. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Christopher Miele of North Caldwell, N.J., has joined the business development team at North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corporation, announced Matthew K. Harding, president and chief operating officer. The retail real estate services firm serves as leasing and/or managing agent for a 12.5 million-square-foot portfolio with 90 properties.

Miele comes to Levin from the automotive industry, where he has 15 years of marketing and management experience with luxury brands including Ferrari, Maserati and Mercedes Benz. The move to real estate is a natural career shift, he noted.

"Purchasers of shopping centers, whether institutional or private, are interested in seeing the best possible return on their investments. Levin's approach to property management is to provide all the services these centers need to be successful, and to do so at a price point that doesn't negatively affect ROI."

According to Harding, Miele's experience is a great fit for Levin. "He has extensive experience and background in the high performance auto business," Harding explained.
