Deep Screen Offers Home Viewing SolutionThat Provides Increased Depth Perception in 2D Movies, Video Games and TV Programming

Dec. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- RealView Innovations, an emerging optical technology company based in Ireland, has announced that its award winning Deep Screen is scheduled to make its U.S. debut on QVC® December 19 at 4 AM (ET). Designed to coincide with the Christmas shopping season, RealView’s QVC appearance is the first step in the company’s launch into the U.S. retail market.
The Deep Screen is a lens designed to fit over a television or monitor. It enhances 2D content by using hidden depth cues in existing images found in movies, video games, and TV programming. The Deep Screen was voted “Best In Show” at Retail Vision Europe, 2010. RealView’s patented depth enhancing technology has received critical praise by a host of media outlets including the Washington Post, CBS News and ABC News for its ability to create a multi-dimensional viewing experience.
RealView Innovations’ Gary Shuster, who has more than 30 years of experience marketing video game products and consumer electronics, is scheduled to appear during the QVC broadcast. “We’re very excited about the exposure that QVC will bring to the Deep Screen,” Shuster said. “QVC offers an experience that no other medium can match educating millions of consumers to our 23” Deep Screen while making them aware of our technology.”
