Rommel Malabanan has been a fitness coach for 15 years. As a former amateur boxer he has worked with some of the most exclusive gyms in NYC. In 2004 he owned and operated a private personal training business in Staten Island NY, and in 2007 he also created its first boxing gym. He was given the Personal Trainer of the Year award in 2003 and 2004 by Fitness Professional Magazine. As an NLP (neuro linguistic programming)
As a competitive athlete he also realized that having the right team around you is essential for personal achievement, whether your goal is health and wellness, competition, or personal life goals. In 2006 he joined a group of six people to collectively explore and manage life transitions and achieve life goals with greater success and velocity; this was the birth of Team 6 Method. After five years of development and testing, T6M is now a business and also soon to be a book. Rommel currently lives and works in NYC. He is an exclusive fitness coach, Team 6 Method marketing director and program leader. His love for human potential has not ceased and you can find him pushing his own personal limits on the mats as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner.
The theme that runs throughout Konrad Kaletsch's life is design. As an artist, his sculptures were exhibited and sold in SoHo. In 1996 he left his gallery and turned attention toward custom light design. In 2005 he took another move toward practical design forming Universal Design Resource, and writing a soon to be published book on the same subject. Transitions in life, he discovered, can also be designed thereby producing more satisfying results. In 2006 he joined a group of six people to collectively explore and manage life transitions and achieve goals with greater success and velocity; this was the birth of Team 6 Method. After five years of development and testing, T6M is now a business and also soon to be a book. Mr. Kaletsch continues to advocate and support universal design through consultation, writing and public speaking. He lives with his wife and two children in Brooklyn, NY.
