During its 4 years at McKinsey&Company, Massimo dealt with strategic consultancy, in particular for airlines and financial institution, developing primary projects for top tier companies both in Italy and abroad. Previously, he covered several management positions within finance and marketing&sales departments in its 9 years experience in Eurofly, a leading Italian airline, as CFO, responsible for the IPO of the company, and Network Planning & Revenue Management Director.
