Moab Utah to Exhibit at the Inaugural IMEX America Event in October 2011

Dec. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Moab Utah Meetings and Events recognizes the power of IMEX Frankfurt and is committed to attend the inaugural IMEX America at the Sands Expo located in the Venetian/Palazzo Hotel on the strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. A coalition consists of IMEX, Site, PCMA, MPI and ASAE. PCMA , all meeting and event professional organizations.

Organizations are well aware of the synergy of  co-locating conferences. Particularly, Site members convene on adjacent days, after the Sands Expo October 11 – 13, 2011. Site is a society for incentive travel education and motivational experiences. Additionally exciting is the September 2010 news announcing that the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) will position their 2011 International Summit to interact with IMEX America. PCMA has a goal to develop a stake in the unique hosted buyer program that IMEX America reputably produces for the exhibitors. Furthermore, IMEX guarantees over 2,000 buyers will be committed to four appointments a day and be enrolled by fulfilling specified criteria. Thousands of attendees are also expected to find their way on their own travel dime.

The PCMA International Summit delegate is regarded by IMEX as the exact type of buyer IMEX seeks. PCMA strives to qualify 150 association or corporate meeting planners from their membership to participate in the IMEX proprietary appointment buyer system.

ASAE, a society of association executives, and it's relative, Center for Association Leadership, Site, and Meetings Planners International (MPI) all deliver educational opportunities. In fact, preceding the Expo on October 10th, ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership has a dedicated IMEX America’s 'Association Day' consisting of education, networking and an evening event.

Moab Utah serves the small meeting market of 60- 250 attendees in the traditional sense of conferences. Utilizing unique venues and the vast recreational resources of the Moab destination there are extraordinary incentives for companies, associations and leadership boards to research Moab as a place to convene with upwards of 1,000 attendees.
