Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) appoints Colliers to sell its former premises

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has recently appointed Colliers International Thailand as its Sole Agent to sell its former office building on the land next to the former Embassy of Japan.
 
Dec. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- “Colliers was appointed to sell the valuable property of the Japanese Embassy in October 2010 and has now been appointed by JICA to sell its land approximately of 1 rai next door to the former embassy site.” Patima Jeerapaet, Managing Director of Colliers International Thailand said.

This prime office building, a potential redevelopment opportunity is located on New Petchaburi Road close to the MRT line Petchaburi station and the Airport Link Makkasan main station.

The building is a 3 storey building with a floor area of approximately 1,500 sqm and parking for 20-30 cars. The building is sited on a land area of 1-0-35 Rai or 435 sqw. or 1,740 sqm.

Bidding forms for the tender are available from Colliers from December 7, 2010 - February 14, 2011.  Bids must be submitted on February 15, 2011.
