Utah man accepts elected presidential position in national organization

Dec. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Businessman Jon Frear, is to head the SMART Group - Sales Marketing & Retail Transformation, upon the retirement of Neldon Wittaker as of December 1, 2010. Jon brings with him his vast knowledge and expertise in Public Relations, Sales/Marketing, and Business Management. He currently operates multiple successful businesses, a publishing house, and was the former president of International League of Pet Services. Mr Frear has been a member for 5 years and was elected to chairman 2 years ago. Since then, he has risen in seniority, due to his uncanny ability to to save businesses.  Mr. Frear will oversee and coordinate organization functions.
