Kevin B. Elmore Joins McCumber Daniels’ Tampa Office

Dec. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig & Puig P.A. welcomes Kevin B. Elmore as the newest associate in the firm’s Florida office.  Mr. Elmore’s practice focuses on Insurance, Medical Malpractice, First Party Insurance, Health Care and Workers Compensation Defense.

Mr. Elmore graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law.  Prior to joining McCumber Daniels, Mr. Elmore worked for one of the oldest insurance defense firms in Florida, practicing primarily in the areas of Medical Malpractice / Professional Liability, Worker's Compensation Defense, Property, Construction and Commercial Litigation.  Mr. Elmore has experience handling first and third party insurance defense claims and subrogation suits in a wide variety of fields.  He has also worked within the field of Admiralty and Maritime law handling Jones Act and Longshoreman’s claims.

Mr. Elmore is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the South-Eastern Admiralty Law Institute.  Mr. Elmore presently serves on the Hillsborough County Bar Law Week Committee and Judicial Events Planning Committee.
