Dec. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- If you’re at a loss when it comes to styling, then read on for Talent Management’s chicest tips on how to accessorise your party look and avoid those fashion faux pars…

The bag…

If you don’t want to interfere with your dress or have a strap wrapped around your shoulder all night, then go for a clutch. They are the ultimate in simple chic. While you may be tempted to go crazy with a sequin or glitter bag to liven up your LBD, we recommend Mulberry’s Daria clutch, in black. As a simple, rectangular design incorporating Mulberry’s signature gold plaque and zip features, this soft leather bag will bring both understated and luxury aspects to your outfit…plus, the models here at Talent Management say that it has room for everything you need on a night out.

The jewellery…

Layering up necklaces of different lengths is a bang on trend look that a lot of our models here love, but don’t over do it by loading up on silver and gold. Keep to one metal, and keep the chains fine with the odd pendant. Since this trend took off, you can now buy sets of necklaces already picked for you - perfect for those wary of their selection skills! But if this look isn’t for you, and a big, chunky statement piece is more your style, then less certainly is more. Wear it by itself and avoid teaming up with any more neck jewellery or similarly chunky bracelets, this way you’ll draw all the attention to one point.

The nails…

Like make-up, nail trends rise from the catwalk, and this year’s trends have gone through the whole spectrum. From understated nudes and corals to eye catching metallics, neons and even patterns, it seems almost anything goes. The only warning we’ll give you, is to avoid matching your nail colour with your outfit. This can look forced, as though like you’re trying too hard. Think effortless chic and try out a deep block colour, such as Chanel’s Le Vernis in Rouge Noir for an intense shade and high gloss.

The shoes…

Whether you’re planning on watching the fireworks display at the London Eye, attending a masquerade ball or hosting a house party, shoe choice must be appropriate. For a nonchalance feel, go for black leather ankle boots teamed up with black opaque tights to add a casual element. Not only will this make your legs look ultra long, but you’ll be warm should you want to venture out onto the South Bank. If you dare to bare your legs, try a more glamourous shoe, such as a black, patent platform. Unless you have legs like Amazon Eve, avoid straps across the ankle, as this will cut the legs short. Nude leather pumps will also work to lengthen the legs, and will raise the bar on sexy evening style. We like ALDO’s Destime pumps in bone.
