The Coronas have caught the attention of Sir Paul McCartney who personally asked them to open his Dublin show earlier this year and have opened for Pink and others in Europe. They've also toured Southeast Asia and Australia. The Coronas latest Irish CD Tony Was An Ex-Con reached #1 on the Indie charts and #3 on the National Album chart. The band, maintains a high profile on YouTube with over 1million collective views and is quickly earning an international following. This summer they headlined Ireland's Oxygen Festival, playing in front of 30,000 fans. Lead singer Danny O'Reilly credits the band's close friendship as a key element of what makes their live show so dynamic. "Graham, Conor and I are literally lifelong friends and when Dave joined a few years back he fit right in. When you have that close of a bond with your band mates you can anticipate their every move on stage and it shows a camaraderie that fans can relate to and everyone has a great time."
