Eight years of proven content software experience, inventory management systems and reports are the most complete, easy to use and are accessible by contractors through many existing job management programs.

NBD International, Inc., founded in 1993, first developed a software data base of more than 1,000,000 SKU’s with an active search engine. To develop and achieve this goal, a separate corporation, NBD Research Software, Inc. (“NBDRS”) was incorporated. ACVS is the culmination of eleven years of research and development as well as rigorous field-testing. NBDRS has licensed and used this software since 2003 to effectively make an on-site content item inventory list, determine the correct replacement price for each item, the Actual Cash Value (depreciated value), fair market value for commercial items, Like-Kind-and-Quality (LK&Q) for items no longer available new and identify the restorable items with the cost associated to restore versus cost to replace.
