SBS Group Acquires Omnios

Nov. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- SBS Group has announced its acquisition of Omnios, a Chicago, Illinois based Microsoft Dynamics practice.  SBS Group, a leading technology consulting firm, provides accounting and business solutions to mid-sized companies. With over 24 years of successful experience in providing business management solutions, SBS continues to build its market reach through strategic and organic growth opportunities in several major markets across the country.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  

With the addition of Omnios’ Microsoft Dynamics Practice, SBS deepens its market penetration in Microsoft’s Chicago and Midwest regions.  Omnios’ customers will be served by SBS Group’s Midwest office located in Chicago, Illinois.  Michael Silver, principal of Omnios joins the Midwest Office as Vice President of Sales.
