Growing Demand of Indian Food Information

Co-author Alex explains: "I never thought that Indian food is so versatile and much more easy to prepare than I initially thought. It was a great pleasure to learn more about Indian recipes together with my friend Ganesh, after sharing a room for over a year at university. We finally came to the conclusion, that it would be beneficial for many other food-lovers to learn more about the Indian cuisine and how to make the food at home."

The name ChickenBiryani.org was chosen as a symbol for the Indian cuisine. "It's actually not even of Indian origin" explains Ganesh. "But India was subject to several different cultural influences and eventually became a unique melting-pot - also from a culinary point of view. Thus, it the name Chicken Biryani seems like a very fitting symbol to us".
