Best place to watch hot air balloon in Clark Pampanga is Clark Wine Center roof deck garden

Nov. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Clark Travel Leisure Marketing reminds tourists to book hotel room early for upcoming Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark Philippines.   Highly recommended beach resort in Pampanga is Clearwater, also good location to watch the hot air balloons.

Last year many tourists left Clark Freeport disappointed because they couldn’t get a room during the Hot Air Balloon Festival which has traditionally marked the high point of Clark Philippines’ annual calendar of events.  The number of hotel rooms in Clark Freeport is not enough for a major event.  Some can opt to stay in Subic or in Angeles City but the experience is not quite the same, as many who’ve tried that option explained.

The most popular choice for hotel accommodation was Clearwater Resort, a 13ha property built around a 3ha fresh-water lake that offers several swim spots including a white-sand beach, small pool and a large 3000sm wading/swimming lagoon enclosed by trees and grass land called Frolic Garden.  

Even more difficult to get a booking for is the roof deck garden breakfast venue of Clark Wine Center located along the main highway MA Roxas coming into to Clark from Angeles City.  This famous two-storey wine shop houses a collection of wine that has caused many wine lovers from all over Asia to fly to Clark just to do their wine shopping.  But when the Hot Air Balloon is in town, it is now just wine that makes this place so popular.  It is their equally famous Dawn Wine/Champagne Brunch that everybody wants to get in.  The 80sm roof deck garden can only accommodate a seating of 40.  This is probably the best vantage point to watch the take-offs.  It is situated right next to the parking and launch site of the balloons.
