Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Thomas says “It’s clear that people love boot camp-style workouts involving body weight-based strength, cardio, and core exercises in circuit training format for general fitness. But there are has yet to be a definitive study proving whether or not the fitness bootcamp style training format actually provides significant results… until now. In other words, the purpose of this study is to look at the bottom line when it comes to boot camps. Are they really worth all the hype?

To be considered as a participant in this clinical trial, you must either be seeking to improve your health, increase your physical performance or improve your body composition.  You also must be willing to adhere to the trail protocol for the duration of the 21 day program.  If you’re interested in participating, you can apply by contacting Thomas Babyak at 908-670-7688 or Strivefitcamp@aol.com. Applications will be accepted until Dec 31, 2010.  There will be a maximum of 12 participants in the trial.
