Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- November 23, Brussels, Belgium- The French branch of the Aspen Institute is holding the last session of the 3 part Seminar designed for Young Political Leaders (and French speakers) from across Europe.

The Institute has gathered a group of promising political innovators to debate on issues pertaining to corruption and ethics.

Elena Panaritis, institutional economist, policy innovator, and the Greek representative in the Program argues for incorporating knowledge of institutions and an understanding of informal contractual agreements in addressing corruption in the formal economy and the public sector.
