Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- [Istanbul, Turkey] –  Istanbul’s first ever Green Business Summit will kick off Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Istanbul Technical University’s  Macka  Campus  at the Mustafa Kemal Theater  in Istanbul, Turkey.  Produced  by  United for a Sustainable America,  the  event  will feature welcoming remarks by  Istanbul Technical University’s President Dr. Muhammed Sahin, and shares the support of public officials and businesses.  

Free and open to the public  the  summit will focus on the importance of proactively investing in the emerging green economy, and  facilitate dialogue on how cooperation between and leadership by the United State and Turkey in sustainability can grow our economies and create jobs.  Invited speakers include Taner Yildiz, Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Nihat Ergun, Turkey’s Minister of Industry and Trade.
