NJ CPA Firm Magone & Company Launches New Hedge Fund Division

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Magone & Company Managing Partner Nick Magone has announced the firm’s expansion of its service offerings to include accounting, operational and tax services geared to the needs of hedge funds and investment firms.

Jeffrey Heller, a CPA since 1982, holds the series 27 securities license, serving as a Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) for a number of broker-dealers and dealing extensively with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the independent regulatory authority for securities firms doing business in the United States. His broad industry experience ranges from medical and legal services to real estate and international distribution.

CPA Martin Hoffman has serviced hedge funds, fund of hedge funds with net asset values ranging from $5 million to $2 billion, and management companies. A former corporate CFO and controller, he has delivered advisory services to clients in broad-ranging industries including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, non-profit, retail, real estate, and construction.
