As a result of that Blog, Baer was interviewed by the Business Editor of the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the Pasadena Star News, and the Whittier Daily News. Instead, Baer recommends that couples forge a prenuptial agreement before getting married. The 'prenup' clearly details the assets of each person and includes provisions for the division of those assets and property if the couple decides to divorce."
