Nov. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- October 26 2010, London - With the continuing digitalisation of PR, The Reptile Group is delighted to announce its appointment of Mo Elnadi as head of digital. He has been brought in to spearhead the company’s digital expertise, including building social media strategies and integrated online PR campaigns.

As head of digital of The Reptile Group, which comprises B2B technology specialists Chameleon and consumer communications agency Komodo, Elnadi will be utilising his 10 years of online marketing, social media strategy, media agency and web development consulting experience to further develop the PR agency’s integrated digital and social media PR offering and cement the company as a one stop shop for clients’ every communication need.

Prior to joining The Reptile Group, Elnadi’s vast experience involved working in a cross-border matrix environment with global brands within EMEA and WENA regions including Microsoft, Adobe, MobiNil and ITWorx, as well as working in-house at both Vodafone and Philips. He developed and drove multiple digital strategies and online campaigns including building digital business models from concept to post-rollout measurement, with a focus on search engine optimisation, Google marketing, social media campaigns and building digital strategies.

In 1998 Elnadi founded an award-winning social media Yahoo! community that attracted international news coverage. This early investment into the digital industry has resulted in Mo being invited as a guest speaker at a number of high profile digital events, including Facebook’s 1st Advertising Summit where he shared details of successful digital case studies.  In 2010 Elnadi was awarded an MBA with distinction from the University of Surrey, focusing on Social Media and entrepreneurship. His MBA thesis concerned how brands can create corporate strategies that will harness Social Media opportunities, and fully monetize their fanbase through utilising new hybrid components of the digital marketing mix. He is also a visiting digital marketing MBA lecturer at the University of Surrey.

With both strategic and hands-on online acumen, Elnadi will be working closely with both The Reptile Group’s consumer and B2B clients to provide holistic strategic counsel, to deliver SEO, social media strategies, viral and digital campaigns that measurably enhance brand equity as well as ecommerce conversion rates.
Helen Holland, CEO and founder of The Reptile Group, commented: “We’re thrilled to have Mo join our rapidly expanding digital team and are confident that his exceptional experience will help to further drive our digital and social media offering. As the way we consume and create information evolves, it’s the PR industry’s role to make sure that we guide our clients through the ever-changing communications landscape. This means going beyond what was expected of traditional PR agencies to offer a multi-faceted, multi dimensional consultancy service that supports every area of our clients’ business through adopting an integrated approach that combines the best of both the offline and online worlds.”
