Nov. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- West Palm Beach, FL – The law firm of Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman proudly welcomes trial attorney Daniel Lustig as their newest associate. He will represent the firm’s clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Lustig earned his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, his M.S. from Florida State, and his LL.M and J.D. from University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center).

He began his legal career as a law clerk assisting partners in a complex commercial litigation case in Federal Court involving The Trump Towers. Mr. Lustig also clerked for a fortune 500 Insurance Company, where he gained significant experience defending personal injury, products liability, premises liability and workers compensation cases.  

Mr. Lustig began his civil practice representing individuals in cases involving auto accidents, and injuries sustained as a result of a defective product, or due to defects or dangerous conditions in privately owned properties. During this time, he was appointed as a member of the first class of Special Assistant State Attorneys in Palm Beach County, where he represented the State of Florida in criminal cases.
