Rick Dawson Launches New Tax Sale Blog

Nov. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- On November 15, 2010, Rick Dawson announced the launch of his new tax sale blog at http://www.taxsale.net.  Called "The Tax Sale Insider Report", Rick's new blog will deliver the latest news, innovations, and insights into the tax sale and foreclosure excess funds industry.

"I've been looking for a way to get the latest material out to my subscribers for some time, and it has finally all come together" Rick said of his new site.  Rick has already posted over a dozen articles laying out the realities of tax sale investing.  And with so much tax foreclosure activity today, there will be plenty more to report.

"There are tremendous opportunities today to make a nice living from tax sale property", Rick said, "but unfortunately most investors go down the wrong path and try to buy properties out from under the property owners at public sales.

"Not only is this an unsavory proposition just from a human standpoint, it doesn't work very well either!", Rick joked when asked what insider knowledge he will be sharing on the site.

"Surprisingly, it's actually much more profitable (and pleasant) to work directly with owners of the properties both before and after the tax sale.

"Sometimes we can get some cash into the hands of an owner who is about to walk away from their properties by buying it", Rick explained, "and other times, the county is holding extra funds collected at the tax sale that are due the owner, and we can step in and help get those funds into the hands of owners who lost their properties."
