Sefar AG Appoints Peter Katcha as Director of Sales for North America

Nov. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Heiden, Switzerland…Sefar AG – the world’s leading producer of precision-woven fabrics – has appointed Peter Katcha as the Director of Sales for the North American market. Katcha will be responsible for directing the company’s strategic development for its architectural product range, which includes SEFAR® Architecture TENARA® Fabric. Additionally, he will lead the marketing efforts for SEFAR® Architecture LightFrame lighting systems and unique SEFAR® Architecture Vision glass laminate products.

Katcha comes to Sefar from a senior position at Ronstan Tensile Architecture and brings more than 10 years of experience in the design and construction community. His background includes collaborating with architects, engineering professionals, contractors, and specialty fabricators in the use of technical products in tensile and other unconventional structures.

A native of the Midwest, Katcha earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Tulane University as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Florida. He is a charter board member of the Fabrics Structures Association (FSA) and recently served as the board chairman.
