New retail leases signed at Regency Centers' Sutton Square in Raleigh

Nov. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC – Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Raleigh, NC to two new merchants at Sutton Square.

Play it Again Sports, a sporting goods store specializing in new and used equipment, has leased 5,150 square feet of retail space, and The UPS Store, a postal, document and business service center, has leased 1,600 square feet.  The UPS Store was represented by Mark Pitney with Lat, Purser & Associates.  Both retailers plan to open in Winter 2011.
