Dollar General leases retail space in Bowie, MD at Regency Centers' Bowie Plaza

Nov. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Bowie, MD – Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Bowie, MD at Bowie Plaza to Dollar General.  The nation’s largest small-box discount retailer Dollar General has leased 9,400 square feet of retail space and is slated to open for business in November 2011. The tenant was represented by Laurie Mazzotta with Retail Strategies.  

Additionally, existing tenant Golden Pavilion Restaurant has moved out of their prior location in order to build out in a larger 3,300 square foot space within the center for an Asian fusion restaurant.
