Further Recognition For The Hastings

Nov. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Warrick Dodds and the team at the Hastings are overjoyed to receive the latest news that they are to be featured in two further highly prestigious national food/restaurant guides, all this before their first birthday.

Harden’s, is one of the most well respected restaurant directories in the UK and consists only of restaurants endorsed and reviewed by its readers, who are in effect its restaurant inspectors.

To gain accreditation at such an early stage in what many people consider to be their dining bible is a huge pat on the back for chef Warrick Dodds and his team.

As if that weren’t enough, word reaches us that those good chaps at the Which? Good Food Guide have also been bowled over by the efforts at the restaurant and they, in turn, are now also set to feature what must be the Fylde’s most written about eatery.

Warrick Dodds, Executive Chef at the Hastings said: “This latest recognition comes on top of our already announced entry in the 2010 Michelin Guide which we believe is a fantastic hat trick of goals already.

It’s not only the nationals that have been wowed by our efforts, however, because we’ve also received word that the Hastings has been nominated for Lancashire Restaurant of the Year for the Lancashire and Cheshire Life Food and Wine Awards.”

It just goes to show, that if they can achieve all this within their first year of business, the sky is the limit for the Hastings.  At last, Lytham is on the national gastronomic map.
