Second Star Travel agent, achieves University of WOW and FreeStyle Cruise Line Certifications

Nov. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Nov 13, 2010 – Franklin, MA – Gloria Caruso of Franklin a mobile agent with Second Star Travel has successfully completed Royal Caribbean International's Travel agent online training program, "University of WOW!" earning a Specialist designation, and the Norwegian Cruise Line online training designation of Freestyle Certified.

To earn this designation, Gloria had to successfully master content related to such wide-ranging topics as both cruise line’s history, new features on their fleets, broad selection of shipboard activities and entertainment, including the two line’s popular youth programs, and the amazing itineraries available, as well as creating group business opportunities within the local community.

“This training program was extremely effective and will enable me to help clients choose the cruise that’s just right for them,” said Gloria Caruso of Second Star Travel. "Having already experienced both these cruise lines, with my own children, also gives me insight into what families are looking for and want."

Gloria is already certified as a Commodore for Princess Cruise Line, and has graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge, for the Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacations. She is a certified Sandals Specialist which sells Beaches family all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, and is a Travel Academy Family Specialist.
