So I’m pretty sure you’ve tried lots of different ways and methods to whip yourself into shape but with little results. This can be ranging anywhere from going down to the local high-tech gym, to trying out the latest pieces of exercise equipment.

The real challenge most people have is commitment and enjoyment. The average stick rate to a gym is around 12 weeks, and the major problem really i see is that once people spend out their hard earned money with joining fees etc, they then give up within the first few months or so.

This is definitely not the way to go if you know you are not the type of gym person.

Recently I saw a commercial for some sort of abs machine, with a lady who probably didn’t have a carb in her body for a long time the poor girl : ) and anyway she was demonstrating how to use this piece of equipment.

Like I said it was for your abs, so that means you would have to buy this piece of equipment just to work out one area of the body.

This is okay but bear in mind when you want to work out other parts of the body you have to buy other bits of equipment to achieve this.

Now you can soon see how spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars and pounds on equipment soon adds up and lots of the time after using it for a few weeks get stored in the corner and collects a lot of dust.

I’m sitting here writing this personally tell you that there is an alternative ways to literally get the best shape of your life without having to even leave your home if you don’t want to. It can literally be done anywhere.
