Kent Dance Studio steps it up for our Soldiers!

Nov. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- Through the month of November, Allegro will be collecting items& letters to send  to our troops. A soldier's wish list is long while they are serving overseas and we would like to show our appreciation by helping to make their time away as managable as possible.

If you would like to send items to the soldiers such as packaged snacks, entertainment items,etc...  you can see a complete list of items to donate at http://www.give2thetroops.org/items.htm.

However,  the most important gift for the soldiers are letters and cards.  It is so important for them to know how thankful we are for their time serving our country.  It only takes a few minutes to write a letter but it would mean the world to a soldier to receive it.

Allegro students and their families are participating in this event but we would like to encourage others to participate with us as well!  Schools, churches, clubs, etc...  the more the merrier!

If you have items or letters to be sent to the soldiers, please drop them them off at Allegro Performing Arts Academy and we will manage the shipping to the give to the troops organization.

Monday- Friday 4-9pm and Saturday 9am- 2pm.
