IIM Lucknow announces the launch of Index 2010 on 20th and 21st of November

IIM Lucknow organises 16th  annual INDEX Fair. The two day festival will be held on 20th and 21st of November, 2010 at Colvin Taluqdar Ground, Lucknow.

The events lined up include Star Nite, Mr. & Ms. Index, Rockshows, Choreo Nite, Science Exhibition and many others. If you think last year’s event with over 15,000 footfalls was an indicator of the fact that the event has become a part of the social calendar of Lucknow, you have to see how it gets better every year.

There will be plethora of stalls designed and made completely by IIM Lucknow students whom you would see in motley of costumes, creating games based on popular characters. To add to this there will be number of food stalls which will be a gastronomical treat for the foodies. Index buzz is all around the city with many hoardings, malls, shopping areas carrying Index colors on them.

Nonpareil competition and corporate participation on campus

Beyond being a fair, Index is a singular event based on the concept of Incognito Market Research which seeks to delve into consumers perspectives/needs through intelligently structured games to overcome the Sensitization Effect. Due to this unique modus operandi IIML’s clientele spreads across FMCG, Banking, Services and IT sectors with vanguards of industry like Pepsi, HUL, P&G, Mahindra and Uninor partnering with Index regularly.

This year at Index, corporate came in with 14 live projects from variegated fields with a value offering on a variety of research objectives like assessing competition, identifying consumer needs, gauging product awareness et cetera.
