Creative Works Introduces New “Earth Quest” Laser Tag Arena Theme

Nov. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- "Avatar" has reached blockbuster status as the movie has been heralded as one of the best cinematic experiences ever.  A number of revolutionary visual effects techniques were used in the production of the film which made it an epic visual masterpiece.  "Avatar" broke several box office records during its release and became the highest-grossing film of all time in the U.S. and Canada and also worldwide.  It also became the first film to gross more than $2 billion.  With its use of computer generated characters and sets, the movie creates a land like no other with floating mountains, vivid plants, and soaring trees.

Creative Works, the world leader in designing and building themed laser tag experiences recently announced a new theme to its portfolio called Earth Quest that builds upon the "Avatar" movie.  This theme transports the players to a distant planet where a futuristic industrialized world encroaches upon an untamed rainforest of twisted tress, strange creatures, and colorful species of plants.  This quest highlights the best attributes of Creative Works’ Space, Jungle, and Battle Quest themes bringing the beautiful set designs of the movies to the players of the game. The look of a rich, lush rainforest environment is incorporated with both vibrant colors and plants that surround the entire arena.  This quest highlights the beauty that the earth provides with bright greens and blues as well as unique tropical foliage.  Both young and old alike will be immersed in an environment that is both beautiful but also has a sense of danger that will encourage a laser tag adventure like no other.

Currently Creative Works is gearing up to install two arenas with this exciting new theme.  Branchburg Sports Complex in Somerville, New Jersey is a new center opening up soon with a 7,500 square foot laser tag arena that includes this exciting new look straight from the movie.  Next month, Urban Jungle Entertainment in Fayetteville, Georgia will also don this Earth Quest look in their 4,200 square foot arena.  “We’re excited to market a fresh new theme to our clients,” said Jeff Schilling, Chief Architect of Experiences at Creative Works.  “We are always inventing exciting new looks to incorporate within laser tag arenas and we believe this one will be a blockbuster theme for our clients.”
