Nov. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- PATLive, a provider of automated and live phone call management services, announces the release of its new Click2Call feature.  This new feature allows PATLive’s clients the ability to create a widget that can be placed on their website that enables visitors to enter their phone number and have a call connected to them and that company simultaneously.  The call appears to be an incoming call to both the agent and the customer.  The Click2Call widget can be placed into websites, banner ads, landing pages or directory listings by inserting a few lines of HTML code.  

Potential customers no longer need to leave the website or even their computer to initiate a phone call. Click2Call encourages visitors to call instantly when they encounter any questions or would like more information. This technology helps companies reduce website abandonment, increase inbound inquiries, increase online revenue, and improve customer service.
