Frost & Sullivan Hosts IndoDefence 2010 Seminar in Jakarta

Nov. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Jakarta – Frost & Sullivan hosted the region’s Defense community at the IndoDefence 2010 Seminar on Thursday, November 11 at the JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta, Indonesia. Over 300 C-suite, senior industry members from the defense and homeland security field participated at this full-day program.

The IndoDefence 2010 Seminar was organised in partnership with PT Napindo and the Centre for Security and Defence Studies (CSDS), will feature in-depth discussions on the market dynamics and technological perspectives of the industry via an exchange of insights and views of the many industry experts assembled at the conference.

Other sessions included comprehensive discussions of the industry’s present situation whilst various challenges and issues faced by the industry are thoroughly examined. Practical and apt solutions to mitigate these issues and challenges will be shared with the participating delegates through interactive discussions.

Topics at the summit include current and future defense priorities, environmental defense, alternatives in defense procurement financing, the changing air defense trends and their impact on globalization, and overcoming procurement challenges in defense force transformation. The aim of these sessions is to promote intra-industry interaction and cross learning that maximises the knowledge and experience of all participating delegates.
