I Am Fashion Fierce – Runway Fashion Show Debuts in Duncanville

Nov. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Ramona-Marlene Couture and Runways of Dallas has announced the launch of “I Am Fashion Fierce”, a quartet of fabulous runway fashion shows presented along with delicious hors d'oeuvres. The show will take place Saturday, December 4th, 2010 at 7:00 pm at one of Duncanville's most recognizable venues: Lion's Club (210 S Lions Trail) and will feature the Fall/Winter 2011 Pret-A-Porter and Couture lines for award winning national and international fashion designer Larry G. Stewart for Ramona-Marlene Couture, Julius Christopher, Makeup Artistry by Steven D. Hill and Isy Fashion. The event will be taped for worldwide web casting. Both national and international press is invited to cover the event and there will be a meet and greet reception for the designers and models after the show.


The fashion show is primarily a showcase for Ramona-Marlene Couture's clothing in anticipation of a boutique opening. In addition to being a unique opportunity for talented fashion designers, the event has also attracted the participation of some of the most creative photographers and stunning runway models.

”It was more fierce than a Project Runway finale" said Daniel A. Kusner about their last show two years ago. Daniel is a writer for the Dallas Voice who covered the show in two issues of the local newspaper. "He tore the roof off with his Ramona-Marlene Couture line," he says about Larry Stewart who has won a number of different accolades and even made clothing for several high-profile US Government clients.

Larry Gene Stewart is the Designer and Founder of Ramona-Marlene Couture, founded in 1997 under the name Mahogany Design Studio. He then changed the name to Ramona-Marlene Couture in March of 2003 after the passing of his mother and grandmother.
