Nov. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- FREEHOLD, NJ – Time is running out for homebuyers to benefit from Lennar’s historic incentive program which offers price discounts of up to $100,000 on select homes throughout the national homebuilder’s New Jersey portfolio of communities and up to an additional $10,000 to be used in a variety of ways.

The new program has already spurred over 65 sales at Lennar communities since it was launched in September.  Once the final homes in the program are sold, the incentives will end.  To qualify for the considerable financial savings, buyers must be able to close on their new homes by November 30th, 2010, though other incentives are being offered on homes to be built.

Buyers are urged to visit the Welcome Home Centers at Lennar’s Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township to see why so many active adults have decided to buy now before these great opportunities run out.   The program is also available at Lennar’s non-age restricted communities, including Centreplace at Edison, Cedar Pointe at Mays Landing and Creek run at Woolwich.

“We’re motivated to sell our existing homes at our New Jersey communities, and have put together a program that translates into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in an exceptional community at prices that are far lower than buyers could have ever imagined,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division.

“Our customers have responded as buyers are taking advantage of these considerable financial savings.  But the program is limited to select homes at each community; once they’re sold, the incentives will end.”

In addition to the deeply discounted prices, purchasers of specific homes will receive up to $10,000 depending on the community that can be applied in one of three ways, including reducing the prices even further, lowering interest rates to an incredible below-market rate, or using the money toward the payment of closing costs.

At Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown just north of Long Beach Island, Lennar has selected homes on premium golf course locations to be included in the program.  The community features 1,400 single-family homes in all spread throughout 888 rolling acres of picturesque landscape.  Less than 300 of the homesites remain available for sale.  An incomparable resort-like lifestyle stems from the community’s magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse which offers year-round entertainment with its indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms and a grand ballroom.  There’s also an Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship golf course that is located completely within the community.

Greenbriar Oceanaire’s luxurious layouts feature seven ranch-home designs ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space priced from the $300,000’s.  Some homes include lofts.

In Monroe Township off Exit 8 on the New Jersey Turnpike, Greenbriar Stonebridge features 946 single-family residences ranging in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space priced from the $300s.  Nine distinctive designs are available, including some with loft options, as well as “Twin” duplex designs which are priced from the $200s.
Recently named “Community of the Year” by the New Jersey Builders Association, the community also features a dramatic 41,000 square-foot recreational facility featuring a grand ballroom, magnificent theater with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms.  Outside, residents enjoy a resort-style pool and expansive sun deck and tennis courts.

At Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township, the new incentive program helped Lennar sell out the current building of residences, leading to the release of a new building of luxury condominium homes.  The new residences boast one of the best locations in the entire community and feature a limited number of each floorplan type.  What’s more, the homes -- which all offer different views of the surrounding scenic landscape -- are available with delivery dates starting in October, 2011, allowing homebuyers to take advantage of today’s favorable prices and historically low interest rates while providing up to a year for them to sell their current homes.

Greenbriar Fox Ridge features 336 luxury condominium residences and exciting resort-like amenities in a picturesque setting.  Prices currently start in the $200s for one- and two-bedroom, single-level homes that range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living space and already include a wide assortment of upgrades.  The homes are located in three-story elevator buildings with secured underground parking.    The community, which has no affiliation with the existing Fox Hills community in Rockaway Township, will be gated and offers a 16,000 square-foot grand clubhouse that features  a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.

Lennar’s non-age-restricted communities include Centreplace at Edison, 198 garden-style condominium homes priced from the high-$200s, a magnificent clubhouse, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a tot lot.    In Atlantic County’s Mays Landing, Cedar Point features 173 single-family homes on premium wooded homesites up to two acres located near the Hamilton Mall.  The community’s four-bedroom residences are priced from the mid-$200s --the best value in Mays Landing.

And in Woolwich, just 30-40 minutes from Wilmington and Philadelphia, Creek Run offers single-family homes ranging from 2,070 to 3,719 square feet of living space, sprawling homesites from one-to-four-plus acres and pricing starting from just the upper-$200s.
