The Naval Academy of Cadets Almirante Padilla develops educational programs in its faculties of Naval Sciences, Naval Engineering, Marine Corps, Physical Oceanography, Social Sciences and Humanities and Shipping Administration. And with this last one, Archivenet, Partner of AuraPortal in Colombia, is structuring educational programs with BPM technologies. ABOUT The Naval Academy of Cadets Almirante Padilla The Naval Academy of Cadets Almirante Padilla was founded in 1935 under the need of Colombia´s national Government to gain a dissuasive and believable naval power, and the demand to create a military profession applied to the seas and rivers that surround the national territory. From 1977, naval education has been acknowledged as a University by the National Ministry of Education (MEN).
