Nov. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- San Diego, CA – The San Diego Boca FC Reserves (5-1-0) defeated the San Diego Surf Premier (3-3-0) by a score of 5-1 in Sunday’s San Diego County Soccer League action at Helix High Soccer Stadium on a sunny afternoon.

Five separate SD Boca FC Reserve players accounted for goals which included forward Dan Antoniuk, Mohammed Al Jaber, Justin Picou, Edber Quiroz and Arsim Mustafa. Antoniuk scored Boca FC Reserves first goal off of a shot in the box in the first half to give the home side a lead. The Surf scored to tie the game just prior to the half, but Boca FC reserves immediately responded with a goal to go into halftime with a 2-1 lead. The flood gates opened in the second half as Boca FC Reserves scored three more times to close out the game and continue its control of first place in the SDCSL standings.
San Diego Boca FC Reserves Head Coach Papo Santos commented, "Today’s game was a good match, as we kept our cool and did what we had to do, even though we need to play much better than what we showed today. Our defense played well and we had a few injuries but nothing too serious. The guys worked hard, but we need to continue to focus on playing solid for ninety minutes.”
The San Diego Boca FC Reserves remained in a two way tie for first place in the premier division of the SDCSL with the victory, and look to continue their winning ways in league action next Sunday, November 14, 2010 when they battle FC Portugal at 2:30 pm at Helix High Soccer Stadium.
