“We made the decision to lower the price of PeopleTowels so we can reach a wider audience. The more people who adopt the B.Y.O.Towel eco-habit, the greater the environmental benefits of trees saved, water conserved and reduced landfill waste and CO2 emissions,” said Linda Lannon, co-founder.  

“We have seen that individuals are willing to make personal lifestyle changes to help the environment by adopting little “eco-habits” – small sustainable acts with a huge environmental impact”, comments Mary Wallace, PeopleTowels visionary and co-founder.

The average person uses 3,000 + paper towels outside the home each year, equivalent to approximately 8 large garbage bags of single use paper towels per person.  Each person who switches to PeopleTowels can save 1/4 of a tree, conserve 250 gallons of water, cut CO2 emissions by 34 lbs. and reduce landfill waste by 23 lbs. in one year.
