Knight Investments LLC show support for the Administrative Conference of the United States

Nov. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Recently Knight Investments LLC Officials met to discuss how the private sector could contribute in a more "Opinion Based Way" to the government and its newly formed policies.

Upon the conclusion of a series of meetings KI officials noted an independent federal agency within the United States specifically geared towards public consensus. This federal agency is known as The Administration Conference of the United States.

The Administrative Conference of the United States is an independent federal agency dedicated to improving the federal administrative process through consensus-driven, applied research, representing an ideal in government administration by providing thoughtful, nonpartisan, authoritative legal advice and expertise on administrative law and federal regulatory procedures.

KI Official notated that this agency would allow the thoughts that the private sector shared through project development to be vocalized in an open forum. These thoughts come from private sector principals that promote the legislation agendas of the government through renewable energy, humanitarian aid missions, and economic stimulus.

With membership composed of innovative federal officials and experts from the private industry and academia, the Conference promotes improvements in the efficiency, fairness and transparency of procedures by which federal agencies conduct regulatory programs, administer grants and benefits, and perform related governmental functions.

The Conference is committed to promoting effective public participation and efficiency in the rulemaking process by leveraging interactive technologies and encouraging open communication with the public as well as making improvements to the regulatory process by reducing unnecessary litigation, improving the use of science and improving the use of applicable laws.
