Downtown Cincinnati condo project announces sellout

Nov. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Cincinnati, OH - RE/MAX CITYWIDE has announced the complete sellout of Le Brittany Condominiums at 9th and Race in Cincinnati’s central business district. The former apartment building originally designed by noted architect Samuel Hannaford was fully converted to 18 contemporary condominiums with tall ceilings and gourmet kitchens. The McFarland Loft’s 8 units also benefit from the 10 year City of Cincinnati real estate tax abatement program, intended to provide a significant financial incentive for homebuyers in the urban core.
