HERMES, LLC, A small certified woman-owned and HUBZone business that offers expertise in research methods announces access to its expertise through General Services Administration (GSA)’s MOBIS contract award
 
Nov. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Health Education Research, Management and Epidemiologic Services (HERMES) LLC, a small, certified woman-owned and HUBZone business has been awarded a five-year contract on the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract, GS-10F-0025X.
“Winning the MOBIS award coincides with our 8-year anniversary and is a significant milestone in the growth of our company. This contract vehicle pre-qualifies HERMES to extend a range of professional, technical and support services and solutions to government agencies using GSA’s streamline federal acquisitions and electronic request system.”


Under MOBIS, HERMES has the opportunity to provide services under Special Item Numbers (SINs): consulting services (874.1, 874-1 RC) and training consulting services (874-4, 874-4 RC). This means that GSA has determined that HERMES meets the technical requirements for supplying these services and that our prices are fair and reasonable.
We have supported clients in government and non-government organizations agencies as well as in the private sector. Our consulting services cover the following areas:
•   Epidemiology
•   Statistical programming
•   Biostatistical services
•   Health education & community-based research
•   Monitoring and evaluation
•   Project management
•   Capacity building
HERMES combines the academic strengths of our senior staff and associates to develop and extend customized training programs for researchers and health professionals, international collaborators, project staff, and community leaders.

Effective through November 03, 2015, HERMES’ price list will be available through GSA Advantage (www.gsaadvantage.gov) and GSA eLibrary (www.gsaelibrary.gsa.gov). State and local government entities will also have access to engage HERMES’ services using this contract, both in advance and in the aftermath of major disasters, to facilitate recovery
