NWP Services Corporation Completes Vertex Multifamily Services Division/CBSI Transition

This transition was completed on schedule following the acquisition of the company.

On May 25, 2010, NWP acquired the assets of Vertex/CBSI, a Tampa-based provider of billing, energy management, and meter installation and maintenance services to multifamily housing communities and commercial real estate properties.  The acquisition has strengthened NWP’s presence in the Southeastern United States, among other parts of the US, and allowed for the expansion of the company’s regional client service model with several offices on the East Coast.  Former Vertex/CBSI customers are quickly benefiting from the quality and breadth of services offered by NWP, including its advanced electronic data exchange technologies, easy to use reports, and enhanced online program management capabilities.
