Three Principals Receive Designations

Three Principals of the Emory Hill companies receive designations.
 
Nov. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- New Castle, DE, November, 2010 – Three Principals of the Emory Hill companies earned designations in the month of October.

In early October, Neil Kilian, Principal of NAI Emory Hill in New Castle, Delaware, was designated a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) by the CCIM Institute.  

In mid-October, Tripp Way, Principal of NAI Emory Hill in New Castle, Delaware, achieved SIOR designation by the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors.®  

Clayton Hill, Principal of Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. and Director of Property Management, also received his designation as CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) by the CCIM Institute.  

The SIOR designation signifies that an individual has achieved a high level of competence and success and adheres to high professional standards. There are more than 3,000 SIOR members operating in 580 markets in 26 countries.  The Society offers members on-going education and networking, and represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

More than 9,000 U.S. commercial real estate professionals, only six percent of commercial real estate practitioners, have achieved the CCIM designation which is considered one of the most coveted designations in the industry.  The designation follows intensive coursework and the submission of closed transactional and consultation history, illustrating vast expertise in the field of commercial investment.
