Music In Spain Explodes With College Underground Radio Andalucia’s October "discover" Winner

“Discover is a wildly popular feature of College Underground Radio that helps to expose indie, underground or unsigned artist and bands to the college and underground radio listener.” said Rebecca Sanford, General Manager of College Underground Radio Andalucia. According to Sanford, “The idea is for our listeners to discover a band or artist before they become mainstream.”
