Almost 1000 people each day came in and had Chef Michael Bennett's unique twist on Caribbean-ized American seafood, as he footnotes it as “Caribb-ican”
This past week South Florida and Fort Lauderdale hosted thousands of yachting enthusiasts. Within a toucher of a thousand people a day yachties and locals discovered Bimini Boatyard during the four days of the International Boatshow. The International cuisine that chef Michael is devoted to was as much a draw as the Boatshow itself for this world-recognized event. Bimini's Sunday Halloween costume event had more than 600 people at their three bars. Even as it rained, the waterside terrace tent filled and was filled to overflowing with holiday revelers.
