Stonebridge Associates Advises Home Brands, Inc. On Sale To Backyard Leisure Holdings, Inc.

BD, a leading manufacturer of wooden playsets and backyard products, acquired Home Brands, a top designer and installer of wooden sheds, barns, and garages, for an undisclosed amount. BD is a portfolio company of Chicago-based Baird Capital Partners.

Stonebridge Associates’ investment banking team worked closely with Home Brands’ senior management to evaluate BD’s preemptive inquiry, structure an overall transaction framework, negotiate deal terms and conditions, and manage the due diligence and closing processes.
