3ARC Expands Into the USA Market with GPS Tracking and Monitoring Services

In the United Kingdom, 3ARC have recently developed Offender Tracking technology, which has proven very successful for monitoring those under house arrest or subject to restraining orders. 3ARC can also offer business solutions featuring intelligent key management integrated with vehicle monitoring and tracking, for greater overall fleet efficiency.
