•   Advertising and representations are truthful and factual.


Service
•   Customers whose move is delayed between 1-2 hours by our own controllable actions would receive 5% off their entire move (If window of arrival is offered the time starts at the end of the window period)
•   Customers whose move is delayed between 2-3 hours by our own controllable actions would receive 10% off their entire move (If window of arrival is offered the time starts at the end of the window period)
