Oct. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- The Lower Hudson Valley Perinatal Network and the Maternal Infant Services Network are working with the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center to learn how, why, and when families in the Lower Hudson Valley choose the way to deliver their babies.

English speaking women, ages 18 – 44, who have a child one year of age or younger, or if they are pregnant, are needed to participate in a Women's Discussion on Childbirth during the month of November. Discussions will take place in Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties. One additional group is being held in Westchester County for women who have never given birth. The suggestions and input will help in the development of an awareness campaign around childbirth. Refreshments will be served and participants will receive a $25 Target gift card. All information shared will be kept confidential.

For more details or to sign up, call (914) 493-7612 or email Heather_Brumberg@nymc.edu with your name and phone number.
